Introducing this 2026 Hot Wheels 1983 Porsche 928S, a must-have for any die-cast car enthusiast or collector! This Porsche 928 is a luxury grand touring sports car produced by Porsche from 1978 to 1995. Designed by Wolfgang Möbius and Anatole Lapine, the 928 was Porsche's flagship model for a time. The original intention of the model was to replace the Porsche 911, although this did not work as planned due to the 911 easily eclipsing the 928 in popularity. 61,056 were produced. This casting is derived from the Porsche 928S Safari. A pair of sunglasses can be found in the passenger seat as a reference the 1983 movie Risky Business, which helped popularize the Porsche 928 and Ray-Ban sunglasses. So hear the roar of the 4.6-liter V8 engine. Behold the beauty of the sleek, iconic spoilers. Experience the full throttle of a 144mph top speed. The 928S raises the bar on what it means to be a Porsche.
